ABTECT – Maintenance

Svenska: Detta är en multicenter, randomiserad och placebokontrollerad klinisk studie som undersöker långtidseffekt och säkerhet av läkemedlet ABX464 (i doserna 50 mg och 25 mg en gång dagligen) som underhållsbehandling vid måttlig till svår ulcerös kolit. Deltagarna är patienter som haft otillräckligt svar på, eller intolerans mot, konventionella och avancerade terapier. Studien utgör underhållsfasen efter två tidigare induktionsstudier och pågår men rekryterar inte längre.
English: This is a multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical study evaluating the long-term efficacy and safety of the drug ABX464 (50 mg and 25 mg once daily) as maintenance therapy in moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. Participants are patients who had an inadequate response to, or intolerance of, conventional and advanced therapies. Prospective Observational Multicenter Study of Patients With AH and CKD Markers in Kazakhstan (PROGRESS-CKD)
